The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in particular the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstrasse 35, 4020 Linz, Austria. When the website is visited, technically necessary server log files are processed, such as IP address, browser data, time of access and requested pages. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

A data processing agreement has been concluded with the hosting provider.

4. Contact, bookings and customer account

If you contact us by form, phone, email or WhatsApp, or book a ride, we process the data you provide, in particular name, contact details, pickup and destination address, ride time, ride details and message content.

If you create a customer account, the data required for this purpose, such as name, email address, phone number, access data and booking data, is stored. Processing is carried out to handle your enquiry, fulfil the contract and manage your bookings. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Voucher requests

For voucher requests, we process the data required for handling, payment, issuing and redeeming the voucher, for example name, email address, phone number, voucher type, voucher value, recipient details, voucher code, payment status and message content. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Payment processing

If payment information, bank transfers or payment links are used, we process the data necessary to handle and allocate the payment. Depending on the selected payment method, payment service providers may have their own data protection responsibilities.

7. Cookies and consent

This website uses technically necessary storage so that basic functions such as cookie settings and forms work. Non-essential services such as analytics or marketing are activated only after your consent. Consent can be changed via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for services requiring consent and Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 for access to information on your device where consent is required.

8. Analytics and Google Analytics

The website may use its own visitor statistics as well as Google Analytics. Google Analytics is loaded only if a valid measurement ID is active and you have consented to analytics use. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. IP anonymisation is enabled.

The legal basis for Google Analytics is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

9. Meta Pixel

The website may use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. The Meta Pixel is loaded only after your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

10. WhatsApp

When contacting us via WhatsApp, personal data such as phone number and message content is processed. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Use of WhatsApp is voluntary.

11. Recipients of data

Personal data is passed on only where this is necessary for contract fulfilment, technical provision, payment processing, legal obligations or legitimate interests.

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for handling, contract fulfilment, documentation or statutory retention obligations. Tax and business-law retention periods may in particular be up to seven years.
